1. Once you have selected the product/s you want in the right size, add them to your shopping bag by clicking “Add To Cart”.

2. If the products are correct in the cart then simply click "checkout". 

3. Fill in your contact and shipping information and click "continue to shipping".

4. If correct click "continue to payment".

5. If you have a discount code please enter it in the discount box on the right hand side.

6. Fill in the payment information or select express checkout method like apple pay. Change the billing information if needed and then click "review order".

7. Review your order and click "pay now".

We currently do not do purchases over the phone.

We currently do not allow for pre orders, however you can sign up to our newsletter to know the latest information on product restocks and launches.

All payments our safe and secure, our payment hosting is PCI level 1 which is the highest standard of server compliance. Our clients security is our number one priority. 

Once we receive your order,  we will send you an order confirmation email  which includes your order number. You will also receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. 

We currently do not offer gift cards.

We will fulfil and dispatch your order within 3 working days however we aim to process it next working day. You will receive a tracking code via email which you can use to track your order and see an estimated delivery time. We work with several couriers and this will depend on your location and the size of your package. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

All taxes and duties are included In the cost of your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees. 

If in the unlikely case you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days after receipt of your package. Once we have received your return we will refund you within 14 days. We offer free returns in the UK however international customers will need to make arrangements for their own returns. 

Once we receive your returned order you will receive an email notification that it has been received and an exchange or a refund has been processed.

All our winter jackets come with a 90/10 natural duck down. Our fill power is 800 or 900 depending on the style. 100% of our down is RDS (Responsible Down Standard) Certified.

All our jackets come with a specially manufactured water-resistant shell.

We use a high density 12 ounce cotton fabric for our outer shell and a cotton mix for the inner lining. 

We advise spot cleaning your jacket with a damp cloth on occasions. We recommend having your jacket dry cleaned when necessary. Please see the product care label on the inside of jacket for more details. As with all down jackets we recommend not washing your jacket by hand or in the washing machine.
